Peaches and Grapefruit Salad

This tangy, sweet, fragrant, and refreshing tropical fruit salad is the perfect complement for your favorite grilled meats or simply as a thirst-quenching treat on a hot summer day.

Serves 2-3
2 large pink grapefruits, segments
4 medium yellow peaches, chunks
Zest of 1 lime
1 tablespoon honey

1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a large salad bowl.
3. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill in fridge for ½ hour to 1 hour and serve.  (You can also chill the fruits first and serve immediately)
